Drafting of construction documents for submittal to American building departments

Applicants must:
1. Have adequate internet connection
2. Access to backup generator for power outages.
3. Computer with AUTOCAD, SKETCHUP, RENDERING SOFTWARE
4. Must be able to work on ZOOM with rest of staff, Mon-Fri, 830am - 530pm California time
5. Demonstrate proficiency in drawing FLOOR PLANS, ELEVATIONS, SECTIONS AND RENDERINGS
6. Proficiency in INTERNATIONAL BUILDING CODE
