JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing E-Commerce brand with a lot of opportunities, looking to bring on the best in class customer service agents to help handle inbound Emails, Live Chats, Social media Comments etc.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Represent our brand well across all customer service channels!
-Create solution-based emails, and live chat messages in response to customer tickets/inquiries, and answer phone calls.
-Work independently; manage time and multi-task.
-Communicate regularly with, the team, and management using Slack and Email
-Convey solutions and ideas that will improve our business and customer service experience!
-Attend teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings to check in with fellow teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and management

QUALIFICATIONS:

-A minimum of 1 year of Customer Service Experience preferred
-Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
-Strong use of grammar
-Critical thinking skills
-E-Commerce Experience is a PLUS!
-Reliable Internet Connection (Backup ISP is also required!)
-Reliable Working PC
-Experience using Shopify/ Amazon is a plus but not required.
-Experience using Gorgias, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, Re: Amaze or other customer service helpdesks is a plus but not required.
-Must be able to communicate via Zoom Video, Phone, Slack, and Email.
-Phone, Email, LiveChat, and SMS Support are a plus!
-Exceptional Time Management and Organizational skills
-Available for Full-time positions only
