Summary: Minimum 3 years of full-time experience as a property manager with a US-based company. 2-year Appfolio experience is a must.

We are a Property Management Company in Seattle, the United States. We are looking for a long-term, full-time assistant property manager.
Responsibilities:
* You are a problem solver. Our leasing and maintenance team will escalate issues to you to solve with our residents, owners, and vendors (e.g. HOA complaints, owner statement questions, unhappy residents, etc.)
* You are our Care Coordinator. You use a professional, honest, and kind way to take care of our customers (e.g. welcome new residents by calling them to greet them, call unhappy customers to calm them down, etc.)
* Schedule repair work with vendors to make sure the property is ready to be listed (e.g. schedule carpet cleaning, handyman job, etc.)
Requirements:
* Appfolio Experience – Min. of 2 years
* Customer service experience - Min. of 3 years
* High English Proficiency – Both written and spoken
* Problem Solver
* Detail Oriented
* Proficient Computer Skills
* Self-Starter Computer access and good stable internet connection
* Workday begins at 8:00 am PST 5 days a week
