Main Duties

Here are some of the things our chosen candidate will have to do every day. We are looking for someone forward-thinking who can always bring new and current ideas to the table to see how we can constantly improve our clients' campaigns.

- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across a variety of channels such as Google, Bing, Upgrade to see actual info and Facebook.
- Keyword research and management to optimize bids (add PPC keywords and negative keywords)
- Optimize bidding at keyword, placement, device, geographic, demographic, and other levels
- Identify conversion rate optimization opportunities and make suggestions such as creating email drip campaigns or a landing page to enhance performance.
- Perform daily account management of PPC campaigns (review expensive under-performing keywords and ensure PPC campaign does not exceed weekly and monthly ad spend budget, maintain Quality Score, impression share and other important metrics)
- Write engaging and concise copy to modify CTAs on ads to boost click-through-rates and landing pages to boost conversion rates
- Monitor, evaluate, and present the performance of campaigns by generating bi-monthly and monthly performance reports to clients analyzing trends, goals, opportunities, and other key performance indicators
- Stay on top of search engine and PPC industry trends and also research new technologies and strategies to use.


Key Requirements

Here are some skills that we feel contribute to working with our team successfully.

- 4+ years experience managing digital advertising campaigns
- Knowledge of marketing funnels
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google AdWords, Facebook Business Manager, Linkedin Campaign Manager.
- Experience with ad creative and research
- Implementing code into Wordpress, Shopify, Squarespace websites
- Knowledge of marketing automation and email marketing
- Advertising and marketing experience or qualifications
- Strong data analysis skills
- Forward thinking about improvements for campaigns
- Strong research skills
- Team focused with excellent communication skills
