VA with Accounting Experience

Alpha Paw (Upgrade to see actual info) is looking for an experienced VA with accounting experience.
We are an e-commerce business in the pet space here in the United States.
All our teaUpgrade to see actual infombers are remote and already have several VAs working with us.

Must have at least 4 years of experience as an accountant to apply.

What you'll be doing:

- Bank, Credit Card, and Loan reconciliations
- Accepting and categorizing bank feeds in QBO
- Journal Entry postings
- Preliminary review of P&L Statements and Balance Sheets
- Performance of Sales Tax and other Tax-Related Issues
- Posting Accounts Payable
- Syncing data across multiple software applications to ensure accuracy
- Assist in historical clean-up projects (as needed)
- Management of requests in a timely manner
