JOB OVERVIEW

This role is a Full-time role to write for one of my niche sites. I own several sites, but each of the 2 roles being hired for will be assigned to focus completely on mastering 1 area.

I am seeking talented, skilled, and motivated writers who want to grow with my company over the next few years. I operate differently in that I pay very well as performance is demonstrated. I hired 4 writers in September, 3 of which are still with me, with one being promotion ready to manager. The pay for each person from Sept-Dec (now) has risen 50%, as each person's skill and value have been demonstrated.

I think of the writing that we perform as AI-augmented writing, whereas we use AI in very specific ways to create expert-level, in-depth content. Before any article is written, research and competitive analysis is performed. While no previous knowledge of your writing topic is expected ahead of time, you would be expected to become knowledgeable in the material over time.

Requirements:
1. 4- a year college degree. Master's or graduate degree is nice but not required.
2. Complete or near-complete mastery of English, both written and spoken.

About my company:
My company already has 7 people (with 3 writers already from the PH) and 1 editor to support them. I plan to grow my company to 6-10 writers between now and the next 12 months, with real room for advancement, recognition, and pay increases.
I issue payroll weekly.
I offer 3 weeks of paid vacation, 10 paid sick days, paid leave for all PH holidays, and 13th-month bonus pay.

How we work:
I perform all keyword research and add article topics to a shared team Google Doc. Each teaUpgrade to see actual infomber can claim up to 3 articles they want to work on, and they get started.
When an article is finished, it is moved to a different section of the Google Doc, where my editor will review and then post the article to the website.
I take career development and employee retention very seriously- if you join and want to make this your career- I will ensure you have every resource you need to succeed and grow.

Expectations:
The minimum article length is 3,000 words, but 4,000 is typical. Articles can go longer, if needed, as long as the plan is discussed.
By the end of each day, I ask for a 1-2 sentence update on what was completed and what is in progress.
I take writing quality very seriously with a no-tolerance approach to plagiarism.
I prefer those who work for my company do not work anywhere else- I tried this already- the exhaustion leads to burnout and lower-quality work.
