We are hiring a dynamic full time experienced operations and account manager to join our growing digital marketing agency.

Must be competent in the following


Managing projects/tasks in Asana
Proficient in GoHighLevel
Managing communication with team, contractors, and clients.
Managing staff and deadlines
Managing calendars
Working with and creating new SOP’s
Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
Ability to manage various project elements simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client facing work.
Confident.


We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager
Must be able to work Monday to Friday 9 to 6 AEST with an hour lunch break
Excellent written and spoken English skills
Will have the ability to oversee the organic social media team efficiently
Will have the ability to oversee the PPC media buying team efficiently
Will have the ability to oversee the web design and funnel team efficiently
Must have the ability to work in and/or experience in managing a CRM. Any experience with the use of Go High Level, Active Campaign, Hubspot, Salesforce will be an advantage.
A sound understanding of both paid and organic online marketing strategies will be required.
Ability to generate performance reports will be required.
Must be able to generate SOP’s , workflow steps or checklists for yourself and the team to execute for client projects.
Must be able to use Asana and Slack to manage tasks, projects, employees and teams
Experience with managing a team will be expected as our organisation grows.
Must be properly engaged with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers on the day to day matters and offer support
Must be able to provide clear instructions and expectations when tasks are assigned
Be involved with hiring and onboarding new people to the company
Work closely with other managers and business director to help grow and scale the Upgrade to see actual infoitially the applicant will be engaged on a trial basis with the view to fixed full time work. Salary will be negotiated depending on demonstrated ability. For an interview, you will need a zoom account and a working webcam and microphone will be required.
