Virtual Assistant- MUST BE WILLING TO WORK & MEET WITH TEAM 2X/WEEK

I am currently searching for a virtual assistant for my personal and business life. I own an e-commerce beauty brand and I'm also an influencer/social media personality. You MUST be willing to have meetings with the team every Monday & Friday and work our schedule. Because of the time change, you will technically be working NIGHT SHIFT!
Duties:
-sourcing and workings/negotiating with vendors from china
-finding quality candidates for any job positions i need and setting up zooUpgrade to see actual infoetings for me
-write/proof-read documents such as handbooks and ebooks
-monitor facebook ads alongside our marketing team
-help create eye-catching thumbnails for youtube
