I'm Loic, the customer support manager at Booster Theme.
We are an established Shopify Theme business. We are continually updating our product and bringing new original features to it.
While havings lots of flexibility and options is a great benefit for the customers, sometimes it creates some bugs. That's where you come in. :)
We are looking for a full-time Shopify developer to join our technical support team.
You will help with a variety of bugs that customers are facing and sometime customizations that they are requesting. Most of the time, the bugs are created by third-party apps, but it can also be the theme itself, custom code, script, etc...
Don't worry. You won't be alone, we have 2 amazing customer support agents that will work with you. Although they are not technical support, they have a good knowledge of the product and are amazing to work with.
- HTML/CSS/Liquid (Basic web and Shopify development)
- Being a good tea
- Good communication skills. We want someone who knows how to express themselves and can easily communicate with me and other tea
- Shopify Speed Optimization
