About the role:
You will be working primarily with Jeremy Gartner, Founder and CEO, and will also support the leadership team as needed. Responsibilities include:
- General administrative tasks – File and folder management, data entry, calendar and event administrative management
- Sales support via social media – Manage Founder’s LinkedIn inbox (responding to prospects on his behalf, sending link to his Calendly calendar, flagging responses for Jeremy to respond personally), extend social media reach beyond LinkedIn (TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts) to drive brand, presence and sales
- Content management – Synchronize LinkedIn activity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform (Upgrade to see actual info)
- Business process management – Document current and new business processes, and contribute to creating new business processes through the lens of quality and productivity

Time commitment:
- 25 hours a week/3-4 hours a day (hours should be spread somewhat evenly) with the possibility of adjusting depending on business needs:
o Monday – Friday, 8a-10p US ET (Every 2 hours for 15 minutes at a time to field prospect messages)
o Saturday – Sunday, 9a-8p US ET (Every 2 hours for 15 minutes at a time to field prospect messages)
- Checking in every 2 hours is a critical element of the role, as our ability to be responsive drives our growth. Thus, the VA will play a key role in our success

The ideal candidate:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in business management functions (calendar management, event admin management, file and folder hygiene)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience collaborating on social media marketing initiatives
- Tech-friendly – Comfortable with technology, able to operate on a range of platforms and a quick learner (LinkedIn, Upgrade to see actual info, LUpgrade to see actual info)
- Business growth mindset – Excited to contribute to our expected rapid scaling
- Organized and detailed oriented –Our brand promise includes a market differentiated quality. How we manage ourselves internally reflects our ability to deliver top offerings
- Fluent (B2 equivalent) in English with strong writing capabilities
- Proactive communication skills – Must be able to work independently, and understand how to effectively communicate in a 100% remote organization
