Customer Support REP-Long term position

Requirements/Strengths:

-A Good computer is required

-Available at least 30/40 hours a week, and happy to reach a 50 hour week as soon as it will be needed

The Company:


We are a fully remote company based in Italy counting almost 20 employees.
Our warehouse is in Italy and completely managed by a logistic center, we do not drop ship, we run an inventory based model.
The majority of our orders are not paid online but on delivery(currently 94% of orders are COD), this is our main focus and edge over competition.

Our goal is to become the largest COD e-commerce in the world. And to make the purchase of any product accessible to everyone, with any payment method, especially with cash on delivery. All this while providing a wide catalog of products, excellent customer service and fast shippings.



The Job:

The Job will consist in doing customer support to our ITALIAN customers through a translator. The main tasks are:
-Handling refunds
-Handling exchanges
-Providing the customers with their tracking
-Creating orders
and more…..

Everything will be taught to you, indeed the first days will be spent studying our sops, before going live.
This is a very small department, currently we only have 1 employee working full time here, she will be your manager and she will help you with everything you don’t understand/need help with, especially at the beginning.


Working Hours:

Monday to Friday> 2 PM Philippines- 10 PM Philippines (included 1 to 3 hour break depending on the daily volume of chats whenever you feel to)
Saturday> OFF
Sunday> 2 PM Philippines- 9 PM Philippines (included 1 to 3 hour break depending on the daily volume of chats whenever you feel to)


Salary:

The Salary, considering 170 hours a month(of work), will be around 555 USD(3USD/H).
