Seeking UI-UX Designer - Cebu-based work location

THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX designer to design a web application platform for use internally by the business. You will be responsible for the production and management of all design elements including definitions, documentation, visualisation, creation of design assets and testing and prototyping.

You will need to have a creative flair so that your designs can capture the attention of users by being able to communicate the correct messages and display crisp and concise information without compromising on the quality of the design.

The successful candidate will ensure delivery of adaptive and creative design solutions by staying up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in design Upgrade to see actual infopending on the experience of the candidate and the quality of the work produced, the role may become full-time.

This is a Cebu-based role working in a condo-office environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Research and investigation of user experience design requirements.
Conceptualise and implement comprehensive design methodology and strategy for the brand and product.
Produce high quality design solutions through wireframes, flow, storyboards, prototypes and site maps.
Document and manage design assets.
Testing and prototyping of design solutions across various media devices.
Collaborative working relationship with internal designers and developers to ensure quality delivery of a tailored platform.
Provide assistance to the dev team in relation to research and implementation of design methodologies and best practice standards.
Production and modification of design drafts.
Be creative and present ideas for consideration.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

BA or equivalent with 2-3+ years of UI/UX design experience.
Proven track record of UI/UX design including web and mobile platforms.
Strong experience and working knowledge of technologies such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite of applications (XD, Photoshop, InDesign etc.), React, HTML, PHP, CSS, iOS, Android.
Strong work ethic and a team player.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A keen eye for details.
