### As a QA...

You will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs and Upgrade to see actual info this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. If you are also competent in executing test cases and are passionate about quality, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will ensure that our products, applications and systems work correctly...no pressure!

**Testing**

1. Review and analyse system specifications
2. Execute test cases (manual) and analyse results
3. Create logs to document testing phases and defects
4. Design review using cross-browser testing
5. Report bugs and errors to development teams
6. Help troubleshoot issues
7. Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
8. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
9. Collating audits and recommendations on the accessibility of sites
10. Collating audits and recommendations on the speed of sites

**Ticketing**

Monitoring bugs clients log and assigning prioritisation level defined internally.

1. To assist with the prioritisation of tickets by monitoring incoming tickets and assigning tags

**Content and Web Administration**

Where needed, you will support on uploading information to clients’ site.

1. Orchestrate or undertake content loads for client sites
2. Gather client requirements for content load specifications
3. Work with the design team to identify client content specs

**Requirements and skills**

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High Level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Appreciation and understanding of good user experience
- Ability to learn and retain knowledge of complex workflows and systems
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of software or web testing, and bug management practice
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
- Attention to detail
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
- Strong organisational skills

### Salary

$3-4/hr for 10-15/hrs week
