URGENT HIRING! General Virtual Assistant with Recruitment Experience

What we're looking for

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter who will be helping us with our recruitment process and talent pooling. Responsibilities include documentation, talent sourcing activities, the entire interview, and the offer Upgrade to see actual infondidates should have strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities
- Partner with the HR Team to assess key job requirements, create compelling and engaging job descriptions and advise on recruitment strategy.
- Proactively and continually source, develop and maintain an effective pipeline and network of diverse talent.
- Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the employment process.
- Approach candidates proactively based on the list of positions we need and determine the suitable platforms to source potential applicants.
- Coordinate appointments with applicants for yourself and for the Operations Manager.
- Conduct Upgrade to see actual infoe behavioral and situational questions to evaluate skill set, values fit, and past experience.
Identify & communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategies.
- Collaborate with the HR Team to effectively forecast talent needs in order to build a proactive talent pipeline.
- Influencer outreach and coordination
- Adhoc tasks related to admin and operations

Qualifications

- Knowledge in full lifecycle recruiting components including successfully sourcing a diverse range of applicants, qualifying, interviewing, networking, assessing, salary negotiation, relationship management, and due diligence.
- Highly effective, engaged, organized, and data-driven.
- Experience conducting competency and behavioral-based interviews.
- A very solution-oriented and independent working style
