Senior Recruiter

We are looking for an end-to-end Senior Recruiter. The job is fully remote, permanent full-time US-hours EST Mon-Fri. You must be an experienced recruiter and also have experience hiring US candidates.



This is a 100% remote job.



Role & responsibilities:

· Assist with job posting and advertisement
· Source candidates, screen applications and create shortlists
· Schedule and perform initial interviews, prepare interview questions
· Collaborate with the hiring manager during the offer process
· Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills:

· 3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience
· Experience assisting US clients in hiring US candidates, preferably for Hair salons (Hairdresser, Salon managers)
· Excellent C2 English, spoken and written
· Expert in sourcing candidates via social media, as well as job boards and LinkedIn
· A self-starter with attention to detail and timeliness



We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious international Senior Recruiter. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.

The current shift is 8:30 am to 5:30 pm EST (9 hours with a 1-hour break).
