Virtual Assistant - Multimedia Management

Hi there,

We are a marketing agency based in Brisbane who provide an all-inclusive content creation service to real estate agents.

Due to recent growth, we need the services of a VA to help us in a few areas.

1. Submission and management of raw files to Box Brownie for editing immediately after photography shoots.

2. Submission of floor plans to floor plan designer via Matterport link to our floor plan designer and then adding this to a template ready for delivery.

The nature of this work will be that shoots are conducted in the afternoon by 5pm, the photographer would upload the data to a Google Drive/WeTransfer link.

The VA would then download the RAWs and perform the selects, then submit the job to Box Brownie. This would allow the files to be ready by our morning.

A similar process would be followed with the Matterport floor plan. The Matterport virtual tour would be uploaded on site. The VA would then receive a notification when it is ready to be submitted and then send the drawing to the floor planner.

This would be an ongoing arrangement. With probably 3-5 weekly, perhaps more once we get going.

The VA would need to be flexible with their hours to provide this support.

We are open to hiring more than 1x person for this task to have coverage during Australian 9-5 hours and throughout the evening.
