Sublimation Uniform Designer

We are looking for an experienced sublimation uniform designer. We are a Chinese custom uniform factory. We need help with creating new designs for orders and clients. Experience with sublimation print files is a major bonus.

Hard skills:
1. illustrator and photoshop
2. uniform design
3. print file design (bonus)

Soft skills:
1. good communicator
2. growth oriented

Remote position working hours from 5am-1:30pm Monday through Friday Manilla time (8 hours a day not including lunch/ 40 hours per week)
10 paid holidays per year / 3 paid sick days
10 paid vacation days after 1 year at company
1 month salary bonus at CNY

You would be on a small team of 5 other Phillipine staff and one American providing support services to the factory in China and to another import / export business based in China.
