TV/Media Recruitment Sourcer

I'm looking for a full time experienced TV/Media professional to join my UK based Recruitment agency.
You'll work remotely and will be responsible for finding candidates for the roles we have within our agency.

We specialise in TV and Creative Agency recruitment so we're looking for someone who understands the types of roles that we will typically fill - TV/Agency Producers, Production Managers, Project Managers, Editors etc.

I need someone who understands this industry so please only apply if you know the difference between what kind of edit softwares there are, or the different types of producers and production managers that work on productions, be it traditional TV or within advertising agencies.

I need someone who has first class LinkedIn sourcing skills.

This will only suit someone with previous recruitment experience and a proven track record on making placements each Upgrade to see actual info return you'll get to work within an exciting industry, be able to work entirely remotely and under your own autonomy. We don't micromanage, but we do expect results; but we also know those results will come if we support our team to succeed.

There is an unlimited amount of money you can earn within the business as we have fantastic bonus incentives for placements fulled as well as a competitive basic salary.
