Freight & Claim Manager

At ASY Furniture we produce and sell quality furniture for modern homes. Since 2018, our laser focus on customer experience has been the standard we strive to maintain. Shipping and delivery is the common denominator of our operations and we rely on leveraging our partnership with LTL carriers and consistently improve our delivery services.

We're currently looking to hire a freight manager who will book shipments, monitor tracking, handle damage/loss claims while maintaining contact with the warehouse and the carrier to maintain on-time fulfillments.

QUALIFICATIONS

-Previous experience in freight or logistics related industry with e-commerce focus.
-Experience with FreightClub shipment booking, and claim submissions.
-Shopify skills and practical knowledge.
-Obsession with customer experience.
