We’re looking for the best ISA - Phone Sales Representative in the Philippines!! If you are a phones sales animal with an outstanding command of the English language, this may be the job of your dreams!

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
You will help us recruit individual commercial real estate agents, real estate team leaders, and real estate brokerage owners to OUR growing real estate firm! You’ll help us expand our corporation by prospecting potential candidates/recruits and small businesses primed for merger/acquisition. This means you will need to have great conversations, gather information, build rapport, and then set an appointment/interview for the candidate with a member of our leadership team.

THE BEST CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate loves to spend time on the phone, has a great phone voice, makes an awesome first impression, listens intently, and can overcome objections! As an experienced ISA, this candidate understands that this work is a numbers game and has the skill to relate to almost anyone instantly on the phone. Our ideal person is competitive, has fire in their belly, loves to be a part of a team, and is always striving to learn and grow.

Must be an independent, highly motivated, and experienced inside sales associate (ISA). Must be relentless and never accept objections... someone who knows how to make offers and set appointments!!!

REQUIREMENTS
- Must have an advanced English level (written and spoken)
- Must have ISA experience, love working on the phone and talking with people
- Must be familiar with CRM technology and be tech-savvy
- Must be able to rehearse and internalize scripts so that they become conversational
- Must have great internet speed (at least 10mbps), a good laptop (at least core i3 and 8 gb ram), and a gamer's headset
