OAH Recruiter/Account Manager

Responsibilities:
Recruit for our outside clients for their VAs
Present to our clients resumes/candidates
Setup interviews
Assist in the hiring and onboarding of these hires
Check ins with these hires
Potentially follow-up/sales (commission earned on this)

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role
Strong interpersonal skills
Good written and verbal communications skills
Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, online jobs ph, GitHub etc.
Good in technology and navigation and can easily learn new tools
Able to work on EST Business hours, 40 hours per week
