Construction VA/QS for Property Company

Hi,

I am looking for a very specific type of VA. I am a UK based property developer, in our business we primarily build new houses. `Generally our builds are brick and block construction.

What I am looking for?

Currently, we spend a lot of time on site and organisation off- site is being affected. I'm looking for a VA who has worked in the construction industry, can read technical drawings, and understands the materials required to build houses, apartment schemes Upgrade to see actual info would be helpful to have someone who has a QS background.

Preferably somebody who has worked with a UK based construction company before, and understands the market. Also somebody who speaks and writes fluent English.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Producing weekly construction reports
- Managing material ordering
- Stock keep of the materials on site, and liasing with the site manager. Weekly excel sheet with inventory.
- Organising invoices for our bookkeeper
- Producing bills of quants abd excel sheet
- Logging daily timesheets on excel for the workers on our sites. This will be provided by our site manager.
- Obtaining quotes for materials.
- General day to day admin tasks
- Organising my calendar and emails.
- Write notes and shadow CEO/COO for meetings


Key Skills
- Organise my Trello, and work allocation
- You need to be extremely organised.
- Know how to use AutoCAD and proficient in Excel
- Understand the construction industry.
- Bonus would be if someone also knows basic automations like Zapier, Gantt Charts etc. Our aim is to make the business more organised so we can focus on more important tasks. The more we can automate mundane processes the better.
