We're looking for extraordinary Customer Service / Technical Support Agents who can work independently, care about our customers and find the problem then solve it efficiently. Someone who can learn and improve quickly. We create the best environment for everyone and you need to show your performance to catch up with the team. Long-term and reliable talents ONLY.

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer's emails and phone, orders and show your care to our customers
- Problem-solve customer issues and manage follow-up communications with customers efficiently
- Actively improve processes without having being asked to do so
- Build and maintain strong positive sentiment between nonda and our customers
- Will need to work overnight and weekends shifts.
- 5 days a week, 8 hours a day, a potential for growth within the company based on performance

Job Requirements:
- Excellent English writing and proofreading skills are a must
- 1 years of experience working in customer service
- 1 year of experience working in E-commerce company
- Experience using Zendesk/Shopify is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- A fan of smart technology or consumer electronics is a plus
- Good problem-solving skills and Excellent communication skills are required
- able to understand customers demand and use soft skills to fulfill customers needs

8 Hours/Day, Pay is USD $400/month + Bonus ($100-$200) based on performance issued once a month
