We need a Link Builder

We are looking for an On-Page/Off-Page Link Building Specialist to join our SEO/marketing department. This role will work closely with the team to implement and develop link-building strategies, set realistic goals, and conduct keyword research.
You will be in charge of running your own link-building campaigns. The candidate we're looking for is willing to take ownership of the task and is responsible for hitting monthly targets for the team.

The SEO specialist with experience in optimizing keywords, meta tags, HTML title tags, internal linking, and website audits to help increase traffic and ensure it's on the top of the Google results.

An expert On-page SEO specialist should understand the importance of the content on our website. Knows how to optimize it to help search engines understand the topic of your content and see our website as a valuable resource.

Responsibilities:
* Deliver internal and external do-follow link quotas.
* Write & deliver persuasive email pitches, canned responses, and follow-ups.
* Manage personas, and write accurate and convincing corporate identities and profiles.
* Create and document procedures to improve processes.
* Meet targeted monthly targets (link scores).
* Stay on top of SEO knowledge, outreach strategies, news, and PR trends
* Develop creative ways to approach journalists, webmasters, bloggers, and others.

About You:
* Native-level proficiency in written English – You can write clearly, concisely, and persuasively. You understand the subtle
nuances of the English language. (This is very important!)
* Internet-savvy - You spend a lot of time online and know your way around the internet
* Can get creative when negotiating and fast with numbers. A street-smart dealmaker.
* You enjoy solving complex problems and taking initiative
* Well-organized - you'll manage thousands of link-building prospects and internal pages.
* You can work outside of your comfort zone and have a "get things done" mindset
* Takes ownership of the results and issues that arise

Skills & Experience
* In-depth knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO
* 2+ years in SEO off page link building
* SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Moz, Buzzstream, Pitchbox, Muck Rack
* Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Google Docs
* Basic knowledge of HTML and website administration
* References of people in SEO who can vouch for you (plus)



We will start with a 6-month probationary period while you are in training and learning if we are a good fit to work together. Starting pay is determined by experience. We do a rigorous hiring process, so please be prepared.
After completing the probationary period, we will move to an 800 - 1,200 USD base salary with more room to grow as your skills and performance improve.
