Job Description

At Pursuit Digital, we know that the key to growth is in a high-performing sales team. That’s why we’re seeking qualified appointment setters to find and screen potential customers who can benefit from our products and services. As the first line of communication with prospects, ideal appointment setters have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting our sales closers up for success. You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills and have the ability to showcase our offerings compellingly. Every potential customer is an opportunity for you to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.


This role will work directly within the Sales team and report to the General Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

Utilise Hubspot, cold calling, and email to generate sales opportunities
Work closely with the Outreach and BDM team to ensure lead quality is of a high standard and being actioned within agreed timeframes
Execute Pursuit Digital’s sales strategy, being responsible for contacting new prospects and lead generation
Analyse and interpret our client’s needs to ensure that they get the utmost value out of our strategy sessions
Confirm all meetings on the day of the meeting to ensure we maximize our attendance rate
Collaborate with the broader sales team, ensuring that wins and new insights are shared
Use HubSpot to keep your performance and funnel organized, provide regular reporting to the General Manager on pipeline and forecasted result
Be proactive in your new business approach and ensure that your pipeline is continually being topped up with new opportunities each week
Ensure you’re meeting the minimum productivity targets
Represent Pursuit Digital at networking events within your local area and state
Achieve and exceed the required meetings booked target



Required Experience/Skills


3 years demonstrated success with appointment setting within Australia
Ability to book 3-4 qualified appointments per day
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with Australians
Experience across multiple sales techniques
Have an understanding of sales methodologies and processes
Proven ability to be able to generate leads via cold calling and outreach
Proficiency in software, CRM, and office products
Ability to form relationships across the organization – particularly with the Account Management and your peers
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Hunter mentality and strong resilience
Must be a good Human!
