About this job
You must be an excellent organizer, with a love of learning and an enjoyment in the process of finishing projects. You are only happy when you are busy. You have experience in providing high-level administrative support through the conduct of research, the preparation of statistical reports, management of information requests and in the performance of clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. You would also be training other team members in this calling.

Knowledge
? Clerical Expertise: Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology;
? English Language Proficiency: Knowledge in the structure and content of the English language (US) including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition and grammar (written and spoken);
? Customer and Personal Service Experience: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing professional customer services. This include customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction;
? Technological Savvy: PC/MAC operational knowledge, Google Apps, Basecamp, Skype, SugarCRM, MS Office, Open Office, Market Samurai, Quickbooks, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Wordpress and/or Joomla;

Duties and Tasks
? Calendar management including the coordination of complex executive meetings;
? Assists management with the creation of PowerPoint presentations;
? Knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook or Open Office;
? Manage and maintain executives’ schedules;
? Provide support experience in a professional services, sales or marketing environment;
? Experience in successfully creating and/or modifying processes;
? Assistance in prospect and sales forecast preparation and management;
? Customer Relations Management;
? Prioritization and management of multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner;
? Arrange travel schedule and reservations for executive management as needed;
? Work closely with the Partners to coordinate and launch hard copy or email campaigns to consultants, clients and potential clients;
? Preparation of invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database and presentation software;
? Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications on behalf of the Partners;
? Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution;
? File and retrieve corporate documents, records and reports;
? Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries (email).

? Must have your own computer and a high speed Internet connection;
? Excellent English communication skills;
? Can work from home without distractions;
? Must have Skype application installed and Skype ID;
? Must have your own PayPal account;
? Willing to be trained and to learn new things;
