I am running a US based e-commerce and brick and mortar jewelry company, and I am looking for someone to assist my marketing manager as well as managing aspects of our Shopify website. Our headquarters are in Colorado, USA, which is 14 hours behind the
- Growing social media channels (organically)
- Liaising with customers and answering queries through DMs,
- Being extremely detail oriented, accurate, communicative and trust-worthy.
- Computers in general and can follow detailed instructions to upload content onto our website without errors and following several steps per product.
- Writing copy/messages in grammatically correct, polite English. This is a must since individual will interface directly with clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) WEBSITE
- Uploading content for new jewelry collections via Shopify.
- Uploading other miscellaneous content for specific categories on our Shopify website.
- Adding pages: we will provide the content and you will create the graphics via Page Fly app.
2) SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING ASSISTANT
- Scheduling prepared posts & stories and engaging with audience on
- Engaging with customers and other social accounts to grow social media presence.
- Posting consistent content across all social platforms from our Planoly account at a specific date/time.
- Creating a presence on Pinterest by uploading content in the appropriate way.
- Liaising with customers on all social accounts.
- Taking content and creating reels/posts following all of our brand guidelines from the marketing manager.

- Sending out
- Using templates to mimic and execute
4) GRAPHIC DESIGN
- Creating aesthetic and on-brand graphics using Canva, Photoshop or In design
- Seasonal graphics for new collections via Canva
- Creating look books via Canva
5) VIRTUAL ASSISTANT
- Looking over my
- Researching hotels, flights, Airbnb accommodations for upcoming trips.
- Researching other miscellaneous things as they arise for me personally or for my jewelry business.
Looking to start off with 10-15 hours per week with the intention to increase over time. I am looking for someone that our business can grow with quickly and there will be additional seasonal work at peak times with plenty of notice.
I am looking for someone who is able to think independently as well as follow precise instructions and is willing to provide opinions and insights into marketing strategies and offer recommendations for improvements. You must be extremely detail oriented and trust worthy.
Please provide any evidence of past experience including social media posts, reels, graphic design, data entry, Shopify specific experience, copy-writing and interacting with customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

- High speed, reliable internet.
- Fluent, excellent written English (This is very important.)
- Eagerness and ability to learn quickly.
- Extremely organized and able to fluidly move around from one document/program to another quickly, efficiently and without errors.
- Attention to detail
- A minimum of 2 years experience with Canva, In design or Photoshop, Shopify, Klaviyo and Planoly.
