Customer Success with an overlap in Business Development and Content Loading

We’re looking to hire a Virtual Assistant to join our Customer Success Upgrade to see actual info addition to joining the Customer Success Team, the new teaUpgrade to see actual infomber will also help out in our Business Development Team, Production Team (content loading), and other tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities

Duties will include but are not limited to:

Customer support via email and phone (we use softphone through Amazon Connect)
- More specifically, you need the ability to send pre-written emails
- Answer any calls that come through and provide the appropriate answer to satisfy the client's needs
Sales Prospect for the Business Development Team
Load Content on our Directory platform
Other work as required

Required Skills and Experience

2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Technical Support, or Customer Success
2+ years of experience with G Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets)
2+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams)
1+ years of experience with Sales Prospecting (it would be great if the prospecting involved legal prospects)
1+ years of experience with loading already written and approved content
