Expected Work Hours and Timezone


You are expected to work during US business hours following the client’s schedule. You are also expected to work on occasional weekends due to business needs.


As a Business Analytics Manager, you will provide excellence by:


Leading cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities. 


Managing and optimizing processes for data intake, validation, mining, and engineering as well as modeling, visualization and communication deliverables.


Building, developing and maintaining data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics support that support key business Upgrade to see actual infosigning business analysis and data recording systems to be utilized throughout the Upgrade to see actual infoveloping informative repeatable reporting, data monitoring, hygiene, and other strategies that help uncover gaps, highlight relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement.


Maintaining databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy


Communicating results and business impacts of insight initiatives to stakeholders within and outside of the company.


Leading a team of business analysts and ensuring regular performance evaluations and coaching are conducted. 


Working with integrity and acting as the primary steward against data privacy breaches and other potential security threats that may endanger the company, the program, and its clients and customers.
