Virtual Interior Designer Architect

Schedule: Monday to Friday
Vancouver Time zone (11:00 PM to 8:00 AM)

We are looking for an Interior Designer Architect who will be joining our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Designs projects and/or reviews architectural or engineering plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Develop accurate layouts, assembly drawings, and details.
• Review engineering drawings prior to the release.
• Drafting AutoCAD drawings and 3D renders.
• Negotiating and coordinating with contractors and other professionals.
• In charge of designing TM office and model unit interiors.
• In charge of model unit creation and construction.
• Coordination with the Project Manager before, during, and after construction.
• Performs related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be a graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design/Design/Architecture/ or equivalent
• A professional license in Interior Design is an advantage
• More than 5 years of experience in Interior Design
• Complete work from home set-up
• Must be knowledgeable in Autocad, Vray, Lumion, and SketchUp
• 3D Rendering experience
