HR Associate

A Digital Marketing Agency in Sydney is looking for a HR EXPERIENCED ROCKSTAR. to assist the business in managing internal staff management within the company.

Main Task Includes:

Recruiting and staffing
Organizational departmental planning
Employment and compliance with regulatory concerns regarding employees
Employee onboarding, development, needs assessment, and training
Policy development and documentation
Employee relations
Compensation and benefits administration
Employee services and Upgrade to see actual infotablishes the company wage and salary structure, pay policies,including bonuses and raises.
Conducting new employee orientations and departure.
Maintaining department records and reports

Base Requirements:
Possess excellent decision-making, strategic thinking, leadership, interpersonal, and ethical conduct skills.
Minimum of 2 years experience within the HR related similar role, well-educated in their field of expertise.
Solid background in policies, employment law, and human resources is a plus.
Solid English Communication Skills (Cannot accept any applications with no good English skills).
Internet Connection Speed Above 3MPBS with Good Headset for communication,
Can work with Australia Time Zone (AEST).
Knowledge in MS Office, Ms Word , Powerpoint and other applications
