JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking to hire a Lead Gen Specialist who is responsible for generating leads and developing new business opportunities. Your role is to research, identify leads by reviewing their website (following our criteria for right fit leads), attract, and qualify new leads through cold email outreach. You would set up, run, manage and optimize a cold outreach system to fill our agency pipeline with quality leads.

We are a small and fast-growing, customer focused, branding, copywriting & web design agency with a team of awesome and fun creatives, all working remotely. We work with various types of companies, from business coaches & consultancies, to IT companies and manufacturers.

You would start at 10hrs/week and could ramp up to 20hrs/week overtime as we see sales results and growth. An initial trial period of 1 month will evaluate your performance. Your work hours would be flexible, but you must be available some time between 8am-4pm Pacific time zone for ZooUpgrade to see actual infoeting or Slack conversations.

Qualifications --------------------

- At least 2 years experience as a lead generation specialist

- Expert in list building, prospecting, and email cold outreach for B2B

- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

- Strategic thinker with quality and depth of decision-making, and have excellent attention to detail

- Performance driven professional that is competent to operate independently and without constant monitoring, is self-motivated and eager to take on any challenge

- Strong technology skills

- Pleasant and extroverted, energetic with a positive and friendly attitude

- Proven capacity to deliver on promises and keep agreements

- A capacity for both solitary and group work



Responsibilities My Included --------------------

- Research companies and markets to create a pipeline of qualified leads, and setup strategic outbound cold email campaigns

- Generate, contact, and qualify potential prospects based on criteria

- Identify new email outreach strategies to ensure that the most effective offer and messaging is generating interest

- Efficiently scrape data to create ideal lead lists and use database contact search apps (e.g. UseArtemis.co - I have an account) or other tools you may have to generate leads list, and then filter for qualified leads based on our criteria, and when reply received, send to us for follow-up

- Warm up outreach email account, set up email outreach automation in Quickmail or similar app

- Monitor, analyze, test and improve campaigns to optimize results. Perform A/B testing regularly, to improve performance overtime

- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and make adjustments as needed

- Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadlines

- Track and submit ideal target list and progress reports weekly

- Be available during Pacific time zone work hours Mon-Thur for ZooUpgrade to see actual infoetings

- Conduct LinkedIn outreach messaging strategy (if you feel it is worth the effort)

- Eventually: Conduct appointment setting

- Perform other related duties as assigned

- Log and track all activity in a CRM
