Lawyer with Australasian experience

I need a shareholder agreement for a small business - I am buying in. Agreement needs to cover all common issues, without being ridiculously boilerplate. I assume we would start from a standard template. Let me know roughly how much I should be budgeting...

I will have other work for the right candidate e.g. assisting with due diligence etc.

Please note that you MUST have experience in Australasian law. Please let me know in your reply that you fit the bill in that respect, and whether you have created shareholder agreements before!
