We are looking for 3 digital marketing VAs with experience in the following:

1) Senior Digital Marketer
*Web development
- Wordpress – full capability to build custom designed Wordpress websites, update existing websites.
- Custom build website from XD files
- Full stack web developer (backend/Front End)
- Shopify Plus
- Website app development
- Site speed optimisation
*SEO
- Monitor website traffic and optimise to improve search ranking
- Keyword research
- SEMRush Audits
- Technical SEO
- Conversion tracking set-up
- Google Analytics(4) and TAG manager, Facebook & Tik Tok Pixel
*Digital Marketing
- Google Adwords and Google Merchant
- LinkedIn Marketing
- Facebook Advertising
- eDM

2) Junior Digital Marketer
- MAC operator (proficient in the adobe creative suite)
- Photoshop image improvement
- Video Editing (Premier, Final Cut Pro, After effects)
- 3D animation
- PowerPoint Presentations (tidy-up and improve from rough input)
- Infographic developer.
- Social media posting.
- Front-end website development & editing.
- Technical SEO editor and website maintenance

3) Researcher/Copywriter
- Industrial researcher – investigate industries and topics to produce summary reports. Person would need an engineering/technology understanding
-Able to adjust writing style to suit:
- Report writing
- Media release / blog article
- Competitor Research, Market Size, Industry Characteristics, Current and Emerging technology.
- Blog articles
- B2B website copy
- Research article content on technical subjects and write articles to a specific brief.
*Would need both excellent technology/engineering understanding and outstanding written English language skills.

Requirements
- Proven experience digital marketing, web development, copywriting, social media management, graphic design, and video editing.
- High English communication skills both verbal and written
- Organized, detail-oriented, and team player
- Can work during Australian working hours (Ph daytime)
