We're looking for 2 Transactions Coordinators with Project Management exposure to join our team ASAP

( NOTE , We will still train you on our processes but you need to be able to demonstrate your previous experiences as a transactions coordinator during the interview)

You will take part in :
1. Assisting in the onboarding process of new houses under contract
2. Arrange the ordering of all items needed for the house (common area items, bedroom stickers, Rently)
3. Coordinate and arrange a schedule with vendors for the cleaning, design, lawn services, and Matterport.
4. Inspect properties and coordinate all maintenance issues.
5. Coordinate with the leasing team on the information and availability of the houses.
6. Keep the team updated on the status of each house.
7. Ensure the house is ready for move-in.
8. Handle calls and email communications.
9. Acquire the necessary requirements and regulations from each city.
10. Prepare lease agreements for the investors.
11. Prepare Invoices for the investors.
12. Keep track of the schedule of all houses using the master sheet
13. Oversee the timely and successful completion of tasks.
14. Ensure Buildium and Masterlist files are in sync and updated.

17. Assist the team in process improvements.

Role Requirements:
? 1-2 years Successful background as a Transactions Coordinator for a Property Management Company
? 1-2 years remote work experience
? Knowledge of Construction and Project Management is a plus but not a deal breaker
? Is able to work during U.S. business hours
? Strong written and verbal communication skills
? Strong critical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
? Fluency in English Communication
