We’re looking for talent to join our totally awesome and fast-growing team. Our team is a pretty crazy, energetic bunch, almost entirely based in the Philippines.

We're looking to fill the Sales Support position!

What You'll Do...

=== Key Responsibilities===
-Supporting the sales team to boost client retention, cash collection, and upsell opportunities.
- Contribute to the end result of a positive and successful lead-to-client journey.
- Allocating leads and setting appointments for the sales team.
- Engaging and providing support to our clients in our private Community groups, email, and text.
- Supporting sales and marketing during marketing promotions and sales events.
- Helping facilitate program cancellation requests and other finance processes

===Ideal Candidate Will Be===
- Must have Customer Service experience in a sales environment.
- Must have excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with demonstrated problem-solving skill
- Outcome-driven... You love schedules and you love getting stuff done on time..... failing or missing deadlines kills you on the inside (you feel terrible when things don't happen for you).
- Detail-orientated ... you're also probably a little obsessive around details. You love schedules and you love getting stuff done on time.
- Customer-focused… You love, love, love talking to customers. You could do it all day! You have genuine empathy and want the best outcome for them
- Super-organized and is a critical thinker... you'll need to be ... because you will be working with different teams, and each has its own set of outcomes.
- Flexible and versatile, you are open to taking different roles and responsibilities (As the business grows and evolves, there will be more opportunities to take on different roles and positions)
- You want to be part of a team that wins! You love winning, you love creating, and you love producing great results.

===Technical Requirements===
- Has a strong fiber internet connection
- Has stable power at home or has a backup generator when power outages happen, or has nearby access to a co-working office or a place where there is stable power and internet when unable to work from home.
- Preferably has a laptop with at least an i5 processor and 4G ram or equivalent.
- This is a work-from-home / location-free opportunity - would love for you to meet our minimum technical requirement so you can be at your most effective and efficient self.
