Who we are: US Events Group LLC is a US-based company in Raleigh, North Carolina. Wre have various online sites selling rental equipment for events. We currently have two online stores and another one on the way soon!
We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to help manage and process orders and other customer service and administrative tasks.
Work Hours: 40 Hours Per Week, Required Hours 5pm-9pm EST (US Eastern Time), the remainder of the time is flexible.
Primary Responsibilities:
Enter new order information into our CRM system.
Follow up on leads from 5-9pm EST by phone, text,
Text/Email clients about the shipping information.
Answer Live Chat Questions.
Provide basic tech support.
~ Must have or can obtain an Apple iPad for testing software in addition to your computer.
~ Must have previous Virtual Assistant Experience, experience with Shopify and general CRM systems is preferred.
~ Solid internet connection that is good enough for voice.
~ Excellent English, Writing and Voice
