Growing US Software Startup seeking experienced Construction Cost Estimator

Candidates well-qualified for this role will possess the following traits:

- Must have experience with structural estimating.
- Experience in cost estimating a wide variety of commercial buildings (structural, finishes, & MEP Systems), including but not limited to:
- Apartment Complexes
- Office Buildings
- Casual to Upscale Restaurants
- Medical Office Buildings
- Retail Shopping Centers
- Office and Retail Tenant Build-Outs
- Automobile Dealerships
- Manufacturing Plants
- Warehouses
- Hotels/Motels
- Bonuses:
- Experience with US Construction & RS Means cost database
- Experience/Fluency with the logic of how construction components scale with different building types and sizes
- Programming/Computer Science background and/or experience
