Epoch Eyewear is a female-owned sunglass brand. I started this company in my home in Colorado in 2014. We have worked with small retailers over the last 8 years, and are now focusing on growing our online presence and direct-to-consumer sales on our website.
This is a new role in our company that will evolve as necessary. With the growth & success of the direct-to-consumer business, this position will be eligible for pay increases & bonuses. You will be tasked with building strategies for growth and innovation in the e-commerce space to help take Epoch Eyewear to the next level
•
This position is responsible for all aspects of the e-commerce (Shopify) website including high-level strategy, merchandising, conversion optimization, customer journey, web development, site speed, SEO, and more
•
You will also play a pivotal role in scaling our customer acquisition and revenue growth channels with a variety of online and offline marketing tactics
•
Serve as the subject matter expert in digital media & e-commerce strategies to support and champion all segments and digital programs within the brand

This position will collaborate and work cross-functionally with customer service, and operations
•
Manage the strategies that make online transactions possible
•
Responsible for organizing and developing website marketing plans
•
Responsible to leverage knowledge of traditional as well as digital and social marketing strategies combined with advanced communication skills and analytical abilities to shape new and existing business opportunities
•
Creating extensive SEO-optimized website content, ensuring quality and consistency with appropriate writing styles, including homepages, internal landing pages, blogs, and social media content
•
Executing SEO initiatives, including site audits, keyword analysis, competitive analysis, on-site code implementation and optimization, and link-building
•
Responsible for analyzing campaign results by platform, Consumer Insights Research, and digital metrics to assess performance and generate future improvements
•
Responsible for ongoing competitive analysis to help drive decisions made by the cross-functional team
•
Optimize and scale performance marketing campaigns through rigorously testing landing pages and audience targeting
•
Assist in the development and execution of content strategies, promotional campaigns, and segmentation utilizing web and marketing analytics to maximize conversion, AOV, and customer retention
•
Manage the e-commerce website including the management of all products, user experience, and marketing promotions
•
Support resolution of issues related to data feeds, product, pricing, promotions, content, orders, third-party integrations, etc
•
Reduce Ecommerce friction while improving checkout/shopping cart experience by improving on the best product/user experience to delight our consumers

Be a cross-functional problem-solver to support efficiency and growth
