SUMMARY OF THE POSITION
Doers wanted.
You will succeed in this position by getting things done. You will learn the ins and outs of
the company over time and grow in responsibility with support from your team
members.
This position is excellent for someone that is hard working, resourceful, and looking to
build a long term career where they will make an impact in the growth of a startup
company.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills are essential.
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with paid time off and annual bonuses.
There is some flexibility in work hours. A majority of your time will need to be during
USA daytime hours for frequent coordination with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers there.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* You are able to accomplish and complete tasks, often learning new things in the
process as you find solutions to get assignments done.
* Coordinate appointment schedules
* Help build the company by researching and implementing new solutions for business
tools and Upgrade to see actual info many cases you will be working on things that are “new to the
company” and you’ll be proactive in finding solutions.
* Flexibility to take on new tasks and adjust priorities depending on daily needs
* Participate in ZooUpgrade to see actual infoetings (audio and video) with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, consultants and
partner companies.
* Ability to manage your time, balance priorities and competing responsibilities.

REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE
* Strong experience with email, spreadsheets, computer/website applications
* Detail oriented - able to pick up on details and recognize how they fit into the big
picture.

* Strong problem solving and analytical skills - experience figuring out how to do things
you’ve never done before and learning in the process

OPTIONAL EXPERIENCE:
* Managing a Shopify or Amazon store
* Working remotely for an ecommerce company
* Financial and inventory tasks for a company such as invoice review, ordering
materials, tracking payments, and similar

EXAMPLES OF TASKS YOU WILL PERFORM
* Keeps track of invoices and payments. Review invoices for possible discrepancies i.e.
duplicate charges and request RMA to the Supplier when needed.
* Assist in preparing US Student Part-time payment spreadsheet.
* Takes care of preparing and submitting RMA requests for Damaged/Faulty Products to
the Supplier.
* Assist with analyzing Sales and Inventory data to help prepare the next Purchase
Order and place order to the supplier once it's ready.
* Help update several company spreadsheets including but not limited to Products,
Inventory etc.
* Keeps track of company Affiliates monthly commission payments.
* Supervise the Administrative Assistant and assist in admin tasks and/or projects when
needed.

vehicle owners (primarily USA and Canada currently). This enables customers to save
money over expensive dealership prices for an extra key or remote. We are
headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA. We have 12 employees in the Philippines
currently and company growth necessitates hiring additional teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
