Job Role: Part-Time Loan Analyst

Work Duration: Long-term if successful
Rate or Salary range: $6.5/hr starting, raise depending on exp & performance
Possibility for overtime
Plus a 5% Salary increase after 6 months
Payment Method: Local bank transfer
Salary paid every 17th and 2nd of the month

Description/Information:

Qualifications include strong excel skills and database management. Ideally 5+ years in data and/or loan experience (US Real Estate Market). The ideal candidate should know how to build a data table (if not a database). 

Responsibilities:
Review and report the progress of our loan statistics on a weekly Upgrade to see actual infoliver the reports in a timely manner. Will take about 10hrs a week until the process is streamlined and then should be reduced to about 5 hrs a week until we scale up. 

Self-motivated and can take ownership of a project and reporting.

*Responsive
*Needs to strictly follow an NDA

*BPO and WFH Experience
*Knowledge of how to use tools like Slack, Zoom
