Committed VA for a Publishing Company

We need a VA hero! Somebody matured, skilled, committed, optimistic, open-minded, and multi-talented. You must be a writer first, adventurer second!

Our firm, Author Your Brand, produces CREATIVE NONFICTION BOOKS for entrepreneurs, CEOs, celebrities, professional athletes, politicians and a lot other interesting and brilliant individuals who would like to make a dent in the Universe.

On top of the basic compensation, we offer a 13th month pay and 'eligibility' for annual performance bonus (depends on tenure and company profitability).

Requirements:

- Must have a bachelor's degree from a reputable college or university.
- At least 5 years of experience as a virtual assistant.
- Experience writing blog articles, web content, press releases, and some other short-form writing pieces.
- Must be 30 years old or above.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Exposed to the American culture and ways of working (from work experience).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly proficient in various tech software, social media platforms, online modes of communication, and organizing tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Powerpoint, Word, Excel).
- A dedicated working area with a good laptop and high-speed wifi.
- Can work late nights in the Eastern standard time.

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

- Write content, blog articles, podcast briefs. Generally, we'd love you to help our in-house content writer.
- Proofread using Grammarly (proofreading of books not included, only short written materials).
- Research and data entry.
- Database administration.
- Social media management
- And SEVERAL other one-time, infrequent, or regularly occurring tasks.
