We are a done-for-you service that aims to help our clients increase their sales and widen their reach through Pinterest, without having them worry about managing their social media accounts or lose focus on creating high-end quality goods.

UGC Synergy is seeking a hungry virtual assistant who will build relationship with clients and engage with them through their social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, Etsy etc and send multiple touch points to the cold leads and convert them to hot and ready to buy leads.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate a passion and vision for ecommerce, client happiness, communication, building connection and closing deals.

If you have experience in the past and previous scripts you have worked with, that is an added bonus.

**Responsibilities**

Your main goal is to build relationship with clients and engage with them through their social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, Etsy etc and send multiple touch points to the cold leads and convert them to warm and hot leads.

Your responsibilities are but not limited to

- Send a total of 20 touch points within 2 to 4 weeks to each single lead
- Reach out to 60- leads in the morning CANADIAN EST TIME
- Reach out to 60- leads in the evening CANADIAN EST TIME
- Your goal is to have them set an appointment with me.
- Update CRM sheet every day with the progress
- Close a minimum of 4 sales per month

Salary
$2 hourly + 5% commission On Each Deal Closed
On top of the hourly rate, you will receive a 5% commission as well on each lead closed on our $995 offer, which usually leads to a monthly pay closer to $2-3k a month.
