JOB OVERVIEW

We are an established Escape Room & Bar Operator based in Australia. We are looking for an energetic, dedicated and hard-working virtual assistant and team player. [ Responsibilities]
• Creating designs for marketing materials and promotions (Canva & Adobe Illustrator);
• Creating Content For Social Media and Email Marketing Campaigns (UseInbox);
• Responding to reviews across multiple platforms (Google, Facebook and Upgrade to see actual info);
• Manage Business Listings (Google, Facebook, TripAdvisor and more);
• Receiving and answering customer enquiries by telephone, email and social media platforms;
• Create, Change & Manage bookings, Create Gift Vouchers (Resova) and provide/follow up on payments/invoices (Xero);
• Database Management for emails and files (EDMs, CRMs, Bookings Management, Google Drive);
• Assisting with the On-boarding of staff (Deputy)
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders in a clear, concise, friendly and professional manner;
• Being an active and communicative team player, liaising openly with the Australian based Management team; and
• Providing administrative support to the Management team when required.

[ Required Skills & Experience]
• A patient and calm temperament to handle high volume enquiries, disputes and emergency scenarios;
• Passion and drive to provide the highest level of customer service;
• Comfortable communicating with a diverse range of people. Able to be understood and to understand the needs of others;
• Able to spot and fix problems before others have even realised there may be one. Able to use your own initiative and solve problems in innovative ways;
• Possess the ability to plan, organize, and effectively present ideas and concepts;
• Excellent overall professional writing skills in a number of different styles/tones;
• Active and flexible learner with a desire to understand the forces at play for any challenge;
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and work accurately at pace;
• Proactive with strong interpersonal skill and detail-minded;
• Hard working and Positive work approach;
• Have a strong interest for Escape Rooms;
• Strong Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Online Marketing;
• A minimum of 2 years Call Center/ BPO experience, must be with the same company;
• 1 year experience with intermediate Google/Microsoft Suite Skills required (Word, Excel & Drive), Trello, Slack, Resova is a plus.
• 1 year experience with WordPress / Squarespace / Adobe Illustrator / Canva preferred (not essential); and
• University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, IT or other relevant disciplines preferred (not essential).

[ Hardware Requirements ]
• Reliable Laptop (with camera) and readily available working backup computer (at least Core i5 / Ryzer 5 Processor, 8GB RAM/higher)
• Internet connections

o [NOT ACCEPTED] LTE / Broadband / Pocket WiFi / Mobile data / Canopies
• Quality Over-Ear headset with noise cancellation

[ Hours of Work, Pay & Benefits]
• Work remotely approximately 24-40 hours per week during AU Business Hours (Mon,Wed-Sat 10AM-2PM;3PM-7PM AEST/AEDT equivalent to 8AM-12PM;1PM-5PM Manilla Time)
• We are looking for an individual to become a member of our tight knit team. We offer attractive packages including annual 13th-month bonus, Paid national PH holidays, annual performance-based salary increment.
