YouTube Manager

Qualifications:

-Great knowledge of YouTube, including algorithms, rules, and plugins.
-Familiar with video and picture editing tools
-Have graphics design skills/ video and photos editing skills
-Familiar with the latest video editing methods
-Good knowledge of English
-Be very Fast in learning, performance, and cooperation, delivering with the highest quality and on time
-Great time management and have superb communication skills
-Solid PC skills: Google docs, Microsoft Office, Asana, and other project management tools
-Ability to extract needs from customer and opponent analysis
-Open to feedback and pay attention to details with the ability to learn quickly from mistakes

* more than 1-year experience with a YouTube channel is a plus.


*Responsibilities

- Some key responsibilities include heavy multi-channel content scheduling, team and talent management, uploading and distribution management, contractor management, and defining a timeline for channels

-This role requires a strong combination of strategic oversight, communication, and the ability to meet deadlines
Manage the content schedule, so you should be very fast and careful

- You should be able to adjust your strategies by testing and researching new tactics

- You should Participate in brainstorming and concept development conversations with production teams
