TEACHING ASSISTANT FOR CONTENT DEVELOPMENT

Ketamine Academy is an education company. We create content that focuses on ketamine clinic startup, practice management, and clinical excellence. The Academy aims to be the leader in educational content for healthcare professionals who wish to make their dream of owning a ketamine therapy practice a reality. We are committed to providing clinical didactic education that is based on the literature and peer-reviewed journals. Our clinic startup content is taught by clinic owners and MBAs who provide our students with practical and critically important business education.

Our mission at the Ketamine Academy is to:
1. Provide a standardized and evidence-based education and certification process for ketamine therapy providers worldwide
2. Ensure every student completing our certification course is competent in the safe and ethical use of evidence-based ketamine therapy
3. Ensure every student completing our course gains the business knowledge required to start and operate a ketamine practice successfully
4. Improve patient access to safe and certified ketamine therapy providers

We are looking for a teaUpgrade to see actual infomber that is an expert in researching clinical content through peer-reviewed medical journals and has the ability to complete literature reviews of various clinical topics related to ketamine. The candidate will also compile a systematic presentable outline to assist in streamlining the development of PowerPoint presentations by faculty. An ideal candidate will possess an innate passion for learning about ketamine and psychedelic therapy. The candidate will also be skilled and locating the current literature and enjoy comparing and contrasting research articles. This position directly reports to the Director of Clinical Education for Ketamine Academy.

The applicant must have an expert level of experience in the following areas:
1. Must have exceptional communication, typing, and computer skills.
2. Must have a background in searching, reading, and synthesizing medical literature.
3. Must possess the ability to compare, evaluate, and summarize high-level literature and must be able to create literature reviews that can be used to create educational presentations.
4. Must have experience creating draft PowerPoint presentations, but will not be required to present the presentations.
5. Must have the ability to perform duties in a timely fashion with grammatical correctness, punctuation, and a high level of professionalism.
6. Must be able to compile reference lists in APA format.

POSITION OVERVIEW

RESPONSIBILITIES AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Technical Responsibilities:
*Experience interpreting data from research studies and evaluating literature reviews.
*Development of course materials, syllabi, and quizzes.
*Prepare draft lessons for specific course content taught.


Required Qualifications:
? A Bachelor's or Master's degree or expert level in healthcare, education, writing, or a closely related field.
? Medical, nursing, or equivalent background
? At least three (2-5) years of demonstrated successful professional experience in writing, research, education, or course development.

Preferred Qualifications:
? Experience in course curriculum development, medical writing, or healthcare Upgrade to see actual infogree Equivalency Statement: Substantial demonstrated and successful professional experience in education, course content, or writing, may be substituted for a Degree. Substantial and successful professional experience may be demonstrated by both of the following: (A) Five or more years of demonstrated and successful professional experience. (B) Evaluation by faculty of the Ketamine Academy committee that the professional achievement of the candidates constitutes equivalency with the required Upgrade to see actual infondidates will be evaluated according to (A) overall quality of academic preparation; (B) overall quality and extent of professional experience in education, course development, or writing, (C) evidence of commitment to teaching and skills as an educator, course content creator, or writing. Letters of recommendation may be requested as additional evaluation criteria.
