JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dedicated HR Specialist to join our team. The responsibilities include end to end recruitment, employee relations and administration.

We offer a full-time position and permanent remote opportunity under an Independent Contract. A successful HR Specialist is experienced in building strong relationships with internal staff, management and external stakeholders through astute verbal and written communication, along with having a keen eye for detail and integrity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Handles end-to-end recruitment which includes sourcing, screening of resumes, scheduling of interviews and/or examinations, checking of exam papers, maintaining of candidates’ database, providing recommendations for job offer and conducting background checks
Responsible for managing job postings in paid job ads, company website and thinks of creative ways to source for candidates such as use of social media and other sources
Maintain, develop, and implement employee processes and procedures, using HR systems for proper documentation
Provide ongoing maintenance of employee data and change workflows across all internal and associated external systems encompassing candidate management, new hire onboarding, and organizational change management
Coordinate all new hire orientation activities/logistics related to the scheduling and preparation of new hire materials, overseeing checklists for all required tasks necessary to onboard new employees and consultants
Contribute to the design, configuration, and communication activities related to ongoing and annual benefit enrollment process, program, and performance
Continuously seek to identify, improve, and automate current processes to improve the management and accessibility of key analytical data
Handles onboarding and off-boarding process
Assists in the preparation and implementation of company events for employee engagement effort.
Perform such other and job-related duties as assigned

Education and Work Experience:
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience as HR Specialist or in any similar role.
A bachelor's degree in human resources.
Exposure to different facets of HR is an advantage.
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
Excellent communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills and decision-making skills.
Must be have an existing wfh set-up and designated mobile phone to use for phone interviews
