About the Job:
We’re hiring a Technical Support Specialist to work with us and deliver amazing results to our clients. As our Technical Support Specialist, you will work with us to support our existing customers and be responsible for the following tasks:

* Work hand to hand with our implementation specialist over zoom in the EST timezone
* Answer questions over email and chat for our clients using Helpscout
* Resolving tickets and escalating requests up to the implementation specialist
* Act as the initial point of contact for all support questions
* Assist in creating training materials over video and written form
* Resolve technical issues using critical thinking skills

Requirements:
As the title says, we’re looking for a “Technical Support Specialist” and this doesn’t mean anybody… You must satisfy all of the following requirements to be considered for this job:

* Work with our customers in EST timezone (REQUIRED all other applicants will be rejected)
* Creatively solve problems without being told how to
* Proven track record that you’re able to troubleshoot and resolve problems on your own
* Knowledge of Helpscout or other ticketing systems
* Professional written and interpersonal skills
* Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently
* Accept constructive criticism and customer feedback
* Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution
