HR and Recruitment Specialist

We are a fast-growing, Texas-based company specializing in the design and manufacture of fun electric bikes.

We are currently looking for an HR and Recruitment Specialist to be a part of our growing team with the following criteria:

- at least 5 years experience in HR and recruitment
- at least 2 years experience as an HR and recruiter in a remote set-up supporting clients outside the Philippines (US, UK, Australia, etc.)
- experience recruiting in different industries and roles
- experience in handling end to end recruitment process (from sourcing to onboarding)
- can do technical and non-technical recruiting
- can deliver an effective onboarding process
- can deliver fast and quality results
- has knowledge of different HR processes - employee relations, engagement, training, performance management, compensation and benefits, etc.
- familiar with different recruitment tools and online aps including project management software, ATS, scheduling app, etc.
- can work full time during CST time zone - 9AM to 5PM, Monday to Friday
