JOB OVERVIEW

About us. We are a family-owned business operating since 1979. Our businesses span a variety of fields, from electronics and software engineering to real estate and finance. We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our team.


Responsibilities:
- You will work on a C/C++ system with bits of Python.

- Architect, implement, and operate micro-service-based financial systems. These systems may vary in scope, from collecting market data to handling trades.
- Research, develop, and optimize industry leading parallel runtime libraries.
- Design high performance communication algorithms to optimize system performance.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (engineering/science).
- Proficiency in written English.
- Attention to detail - the job requires high levels of Upgrade to see actual infoegrity is a must.
- Good understanding of software systems and system software (Linux - OS, middleware/runtimes, libraries...)
- Ability to summarize findings and prepare short PowerPoint-like presentations.
- Fluency in C/C++. Python is a plus.
- Strong debugging skills.

- (optional, but a plus) Experience with parallel programming and parallel programming libraries.
- Full-time work and applicants seeking long-term employment Upgrade to see actual infopensation:
- During the 6-month probation period, payments are made weekly, every Friday. Each payment will compensate the work done on the prior Monday-Friday.
- After the probation period, payments are made on a bi-monthly basis, on the 10th and the 25th. Work performed from the 1st to the 15th will be paid on the 25th. Work performed from the 16th to the last day of the month will be paid on the 10th of the following month.
- We pay the 13th month
- We pay 100% of social security
- We offer performance-based bonuses once a year

Schedule:
- Saturdays and Sundays are off
- 12 personal days: Each worked month accrues 1 personal day, to be used as sick or vacation days.
- 7 paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve
- At the end of every work day, a summary email of the work done is to be written.
